Perfectionism

I strongly believe that perfectionism, and perfectionistic attitudes, generate tremendous stress and, in the end, obstruct and undermine our healthiest ambitions, peace of mind and fulfillment. From my experience, it’s impossible to be relaxed, flexible and well-balanced when enslaved to perfectionistic tendencies and mandates. As a Life Coach, I can work with you to address and manage your perfectionistic expectations of yourself (and others) that may be undermining your greater interests.
